Super Service! Bei alten Boards gibt's oft unklar bezeichnete Update's bei den Boardherstellern. Schnell hat man da eine falsche Datei erwischt - sieht fast nach Absicht aus. Darum ist das Sichern des alten BIOS-Inhalts wirklich wichtig!

Sehr geehrter Herr Rosenbaum, Sie haben mir sehr schnell aus der Misere geholfen, da mein BIOS-Update nicht geklappt hat. Der Rechner funktioniert wieder und das innerhalb von etwa 50 Stunden. Vielen Dank an alle!

Nach schwarzen Bildschirm wurde der Bios-Chip als Verursacher festgestellt. Mit dem ersten Chip von Biosflash kam ich nicht zurecht, nach einem freundlichen Telefonat und dem Angebot den Chip und auch meinen alten Chip zurück zu senden, und beide neu programmiert zu bekommen, startet jetzt Ubuntu wieder prächtig. Das ist toll, vielen Dank.
