The installed bios has no ACPI enabled.
So I cannot start Windows 7. I cannot install windows from dvd (error about NON ACPI hardware).
I cannot flash the old bios using MS-DOS and FlashIt.exe, it returns error about FADT Not found.

Is there any way to restore my bios?

your chip must be programmed with an external programmer.
